Zynq-7000 put a dual-core Arm Cortex-A9 processor and 7 series FPGA fabric on one die, and a generation of equipment was designed around it — software-defined radio, motor control, machine vision, medical and industrial systems that are still shipping. The family runs from the small Z-7010 (28K logic cells) up to the Z-7045 (350K logic cells), with single-core Zynq-7000S variants for cost-sensitive designs.
Because these designs rarely get respun, Zynq-7000 demand does not fade the way consumer parts do — it concentrates on exact variants: the right device, the right package (CLG400, CLG484, FFG676, FFG900), the right speed and temperature grade. We check label, marking and date code on every lot before quoting, and we send photos of the exact lot before you pay.

What to check before you order a Zynq-7000
- The S in 7007S means single-core — it is not a drop-in software substitute for the dual-core 7010, even in the same package.
- CLG and FFG packages have different footprints and I/O counts; the package code in the suffix decides whether the part fits your board.
- Zynq parts carry both a processor and fabric — remarked and pulled parts are common in the spot market, so confirm date code and lot photos before payment.
