Sourcing Note
The K70T is the entry Kintex-7: 65,600 logic cells, 4,976,640 RAM bits and 285 I/O in the 23 x 23 mm FBG484 package, industrial grade, for designs that need Kintex-7 transceiver-class performance without stepping up to the K160T/K325T. Channel snapshots of this exact DigiKey listing have shown distributor quantity alongside a 52-week factory lead time — the classic pattern behind repeat spot-market demand. Match the full part number — the FBG484 package and -2 speed grade define the board fit and timing. Send your quantity and date-code requirement and we check current availability for this exact variant. Related parts:

FAQ
Why do some channel tables show a different LAB/CLB count for the K70T?
Channel attribute tables are not perfectly consistent on this device. The table below reproduces DigiKey’s figures verbatim; for ordering, the figures that decide fit are the 65,600 logic cells, 285 I/O and the FBG484 package — plus the full part number.
K70T or K160T — can a design move down?
Only if the utilisation report says so. The K160T carries substantially more fabric than the K70T, so a design that fills a K160T will not fit a K70T. Check logic, RAM and transceiver utilisation before substituting down.
How can I verify the condition of a lot before paying?
Ask for date-code and label photos of the actual lot, traceability documents, and third-party testing if your volume justifies it. We provide the first two before payment and support the third on request.
