Sourcing Note
The A15T is the compact entry point of Artix-7: 16,640 logic cells, 921,600 RAM bits and 150 I/O in a 15 x 15 mm chip-scale BGA, at the industrial -40°C to +100°C grade. It suits space-limited industrial, vision and communications designs where the larger A35T/A50T packages do not fit the board budget. The package code is the detail buyers trip on: the CSG325 variant exposes 150 I/O, while the CSG324 variant of the same device exposes 210, so the two are not drop-in substitutes. Send your quantity and date-code requirement and we check current availability for this exact variant. Related parts:

FAQ
CSG324 or CSG325 — can I swap them?
No. On the A15T the CSG325 package provides 150 user I/O and the CSG324 package provides 210. The ball maps differ, so order the exact package code on your BOM.
What does the -2 in the part number mean?
It is the speed grade. The -2 device is the faster standard binning; a -1 grade part is not a timing-equivalent substitute unless your design closes timing at the lower grade.
How can I verify the condition of a lot before paying?
Ask for date-code and label photos of the actual lot, traceability documents, and third-party testing if your volume justifies it. We provide the first two before payment and support the third on request.
