2CZ5806 is a high-reliability glass-packaged fast recovery diode produced by Aerospace Micro (HTW). This device comes in a DO-41 package and features a very short reverse recovery time (trr ≤ 25ns) and a low forward voltage drop (VF ≤ 0.975V), specifically designed for high-frequency switch power supplies, inverters, and industrial control circuits.
